At RK Perfumery, every fragrance is carefully crafted, inspected, and securely packaged before dispatch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only under limited and specific circumstances.

A return request will be considered only if:
The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken at the time of delivery
An incorrect product has been delivered

Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used, tested, or partially used perfumes
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with fragrance
Subjective differences in fragrance notes or performance
Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Return Request Procedure

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. A clear and continuous unboxing video, recorded from the opening of the sealed package, is mandatory for all damage or incorrect product claims. Requests submitted without valid supporting evidence may be rejected.

Once approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding return or replacement.

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during purchase. The processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 business days after approval. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
