Return Request Procedure

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. A clear and continuous unboxing video, recorded from the opening of the sealed package, is mandatory for all damage or incorrect product claims. Requests submitted without valid supporting evidence may be rejected.

Once approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding return or replacement.

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during purchase. The processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 business days after approval. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
